SHIPPING INFORMATION
Standard shipping is only available to the countries and territories listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out via DHL or freight forwarding. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below. If you would like shipping to another country, please send us an email before placing your order (support[@]pl-concepts.com) and tell us the item, quantity, and delivery address including country and postal code. We will inform you shortly whether shipping to the requested country is possible and, if so, the shipping costs, as these must be requested in advance from our shipping partner.
Shipping to parcel lockers, parcel shops, or other pickup stations is not possible and usually results in non-delivery.

INFORMATION ON DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the next business day shall replace such a day. We are entitled to make partial deliveries. Delivery times do not change in the event of partial deliveries and no additional shipping costs will be charged.
Delivery Times with DHL:
DE, AT: 2–3 business days
FR, IT, ES, NL, BE, PL: 4-5 business days
Other countries: 6-7 business days
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We offer the following payment methods unless otherwise stated in the respective product description. No other payment methods are offered and will be rejected: Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Payment via PayPal
PayPal is an online payment service provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A. You will be automatically redirected to PayPal. There you can log into your PayPal account or open a new PayPal account and authorize payment.
Payment via Shopify Payments
One or more online payment methods from the following provider are available on this website: Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland.
Payment by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay is processed via Shopify Payments.
The individual payment methods offered by Shopify will be displayed during checkout. Shopify may use additional payment service providers for processing payments, for which special payment terms may apply. Ordering Process, Order Corrections, Order Cancellation
After selecting the desired product, you can place it in the shopping cart without obligation by clicking the button “Add to Cart”. You can view the cart contents at any time by clicking the “Cart” button. Products can be removed at any time by clicking the “Remove” button.
If you wish to purchase the products in the cart, click the “Checkout” button. Then enter your data. For first orders, registration as a “New Customer” is required. For future orders, simply enter the login details created during initial registration. Your data will be transmitted in encrypted form.
After entering your data and selecting payment and delivery options, clicking the button “Review Order” takes you to the order page where you can check your entries again. By clicking the button “Place Order with Obligation to Pay”, you complete the order process. You can correct entries using the browser’s back button. The order process can be canceled at any time by closing the browser.
