I make this comment after more than two years of purchasing this exercise kit. It is obvious that it does not completely replace the weights, the bars, the machines, or the big weight. I am from the old school of iron and I like to feel the weight in inertia. But when I travel, I don't have time to go or I can't go to the gym (pandemic), these elastic bands do their job. It is adaptable and with care can last a long time. Excellent material to carry in your travel suitcase and exercise wherever you are. The only thing I would say negative is the strong smell of rubber. Ok this is childish, but to say the least!
