I wanted to save myself the money for the gym, as I only train for fitness, I find the bands more than sufficient. you can train all muscle groups with them and definitely work up a sweat ;-) I can recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to become a bodybuilder but simply wants to increase their fitness. there are plenty of videos on the internet on how to train with the bands.
